7cm, and water is now broken. More good news: it looks like the Browns-Packers game will be available in the labor & delivery room.

The epideral is in, and things are much improved. Due for another exam shortly.

10:28 AM - Let's do this thing

And here we go. As I write, we're in a labor & delivery room at Kettering Medical Center, getting ready to meet our daughter. Here's our current status:
Progress: 4 cm / 100% effaced
Contractions: quite painful, I'm told
Epideral: can't get here soon enough
Father: fine, thanks

Oakwood Fall Family Festival

Our town had their annual scarecrow competition and family festival yesterday--always one of Mackensie's favorite days of the year. This was the first year that Ben was big enough to participate in most of the activities, and as you can see below, he made the most of it. It was probably the last big thing we'll do before we become a family of four. Any day now...
